Our Charism

“We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul, a hope that enters into the inner place behind the curtain where Jesus has gone as a forerunner on our behalf, having become a high priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.”

Hebrews 6:19-20

The charism of the Fraternity is founded upon a communitarian and personal commitment to follow Christ, Our Savior, as the “Word of Hope,” through a life of liturgical and contemplative prayer, daily adoration of the Holy Eucharist, devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, love for the Church and fidelity to the Holy Father, Bishop of Rome.

The members of the Fraternity strive to lead a joyful and authentic evangelical life of Faith, Hope, and Charity, at the school of the saints and under the breath of the Holy Spirit, adapting themselves to each person and each culture.

Each priory strives to collaborate closely with the bishops of the local churches, supporting the apostolic work of diocesan priests and of all those who have a pastoral mission in the diocese.

“If you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you will be blessed. Have no fear of them, nor be troubled, but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you.”
